Theft Replacement Guarantee

If your bike is stolen while properly secured with the TitanGuard Pro, you may be eligible for a replacement. To qualify, you must provide: (1) a valid police report detailing the incident, and (2) clear photos of the broken TitanGuard Pro lock at the scene. This guarantee applies only when the lock was used correctly through the bike frame and a fixed object. Misuse or negligence may void eligibility. Klyra reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these criteria or appear fraudulent in nature.
